Meet TheSpikyHairedGirl, I wouldn't go as far as saying her hair is spiky, but I like her style + she's very attractive too ;o) Anyhow I added her to my YouTube friends list because of her funky advice she supplies for low carbers. She's relatively new to posting videos on YouTube at the moment, but what she lacks in numerous posts, she makes up with quality content/advice, and am sure her library of videos will continue to successfully grow.

This lovely gal lost 54 lbs following a low carb lifestyle, in just 4 months. Therefore not only does she look great on camera, but provides an awesome array of low hassle, low carb, mouth watering dishes for you to try.

Wannabeloser - Atkins, Low Carb Cooking

Wannabeloser and me share similar cooking styles/tastes at heart. I like simple, easy to cook quick meals which are delicious. In fact, this cooking wizard showed me that I can eat my favourite high carb meals in a low carb manner, such as, Chinese Stir Fries, Pizzas, and Cauliflower Mash etc :o) So thankyou Wannabeloser. On top of this, I still have more recipes of hers to try out :oP Which is awesome and I look forward to seeing her new additions in the future ;o)

Bowulf also known as Kent Altena is kind of my Atkins Idol/Guru. This guy is amazing and very informative. In fact his weight loss journey is just incredible, just check out his amazing success story to see why. I have the deepest respect for this fella and he demonstrates that, if you put your mind to a challenge, take action, you can achieve anything, whether weight loss or half marathons etc.

Another reason why I have so much respect for this guy is that he provides loads of help and advice to the masses via YouTube. If your starting up your own Atkins Challenge for whatever reason and you want to lose weight but your not sure how to go about it, then alongside the Dr. Atkins book, I recommend you check out Bowulfs YouTube videos. I have seen almost all his clips, and they are an invaluable resource for any low carber, especially when searching for answers to low carb living questions. Reflecting on his past experiences, he communicates in a friendly but militant style, providing loads of tips, tricks and best practices for a healthy low carb living.

Welcome to the world of LivinLaVidaLowCarb with Christine and Jimmy Moore. This low carb duo are out to battle the low carb myth, to show/prove that eating a low carb lifestyle high in fat/protein is healthy for you and not just for the short term either.

Jimmy has the most amazing story, before he started an Atkins lifestyle in January 2004 he was massively over weight at 410 pounds. That is twice the size of me currently, which is outrageous. Anyhow one year later he lost 180 pounds, and by the way am not talking about pounds as in, the English tender/currency :o)

Jimmy and Christine regularly post YouTube clips to inspire, help, encourage and humor fellow livinlavidalowcarbers such as myself. Their videos are a must see because they are jam packed full with quality information (food for thought!).

Is it a bird, is it a plane, no its FatGrrlThin :o) Meet the first person to post on my blog, and no I didn't add her to my list of YouTube friends for this reason, oh no! This cherpy beautiful lass has the most contageous fun loving, inspiring attitude. She too is currently undergoing the low carb lifestyle. Actually she started Atkins just two weeks before me. She's real fun to watch too, but not only that she breaths out tones of cool advice.... and has the best YouTube intro... you just have to view at least one of her video's to see what I mean.
