Welcome back, and Happy Mothers Day… I hope you all had a great day. I wanted to talk about Scales and weighing today… I’ve noticed loads of people have different opinions about weighing themselves. Some like to do it once a week, while others do it daily. I have also noticed it seems to be frowned upon when a person weighs them self daily rather than weekly. Am not sure why this is… and I must admit I fall into this category of regular weigh-in’s… well that is ever since Atkins started :o)
One of the reasons I like to do this is so I know if I am on the right track with my diet or not. I generally jump on the scales early morning after a quick toilet stop, just to keep my results consistent. I have noticed however this week has been a real steady loss, if that, in fact am not sure if I have lost or not, which I guess is kind of frustrating, but the major cool thing is… at least am not gaining and if I was I could put a stop to it immediately rather than find out a week later… :o) Nevertheless the proof is in the pudding and in 2 days time we shall see ;o) if I have lost weight or not… or perhaps I have gained eeck! … oh the mysteries!
One more thing to add… not always weigh-ins tell the whole story so make sure you take measurements too :o]

I would just like to add that Chopped Sausages fried in a pan with garlic and olive oil are delicious :oP uummmmm… smeck gut! And and and, I played 2 hours of good volleyball earlier ;o) Although I had to be a coach at times :oS doh!
