In response to nuts on induction, Sam your totally right, I've been a little deviant oops! but when I was talking about staying on induction I ment sticking to the 20 net carbs level.
Saying that the nuts haven't seemed to of stalled my progress yet, however they have probably slowed my loses down. Which is not a bad thing because apparently losing weight quickly can be bad for you in relation to losing of muscle mass and gaining excess skin... Am not sure about this yet, I need to research this subject area more ;o)
But thanks for sharing this information lowcarbscott and sam. I hope to hear more from you guys... Please keep in touch and feel free to pass on any good advice ;o)

I agree with your reasoning with doing this slow, I am doing Atkins with a coworker and we are both tracking about 1 to 2 lb loss per week.

Congrats, 1 to 2 lbs a week loss is good going. Isn't it great how its soo effortless losing weight on Atkins diet ;o) It's madness how you can eat so much and still lose weight, hehehe! Btw do you have a website, or online diary I can view? If so let me know and i will check out your progress and link to it :o)
